At Manaksia Steels Limited, we offer Galvanies Plain (GP) and Galvanies Corrugated (GC) steel products, each tailored to meet your specific needs. The steel sheet is covered with a uniform zinc-plated layer by controlling the amount of zinc coating. The raw materials in coil forms are Galvanies and properly leveled, granting final products superior formability. The white rust which often from on the surface of activated Zinc, one post-treatment is possible which involves applying a chemical solution to the zinc coating to enhance its corrosion resistance. One common and to improve, the surface is coated with a passivation chemicals -one common post treatment is passivation, with galvanies, a piece of industrial steel is expected to last more than 25-30 years in average environments, and can last over 10-15 years with severe water exposure. Hot-dip galvanies steel sheets are heat-affected during the subsequent galvanies stage so they lose some of their normal workability compared to the normal hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel sheets. The surface layer is pure zinc, with excellent ductility. Between the base metal and the surface layer are thin alloyed-layers of iron and zinc, but their structure and thickness are strictly regulated so that the zinc-plated layer will not peel off. Our state-of-the-art Continuous Hot-Dip galvanies Line enables us to produce high-quality Galvanies steel sheers and coils that adhere to stringent national and international standards such as JIS G 3302, ASTM A 653, IS 277 and as per specific requirement.
