At Manaksia Steels Limited, we offer Galvanies Plain (GP) and Galvanies Corrugated (GC) steel products, each tailored to meet your specific needs. The steel sheet is covered with a uniform zinc-plated layer by controlling the amount of zinc coating. The raw materials in coil forms are Galvanies and properly leveled, granting final products superior formability. The white rust which often from on the surface of activated Zinc, one post-treatment is possible which involves applying a chemical solution to the zinc coating to enhance its corrosion resistance. One common and to improve, the surface is coated with a passivation chemicals -one common post treatment is passivation, with galvanies, a piece of industrial steel is expected to last more than 25-30 years in average environments, and can last over 10-15 years with severe water exposure.
