Mr. Ramesh Kumar Maheshwari has been re-appointed as Independent Director of the Company by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18th September, 2024 w.e.f. 16th July, 2024.
Mr. Biswanath Bhattacharjee has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18th September, 2024 w.e.f. 16th July, 2024.
Dr. Kali Kumar Chaudhuri (DIN: 00206157) has ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from 18th September, 2024.
Mr. Biswanath Bhattacharjee has been appointed as Additional Director (Category: Non-Executive, Independent) w.e.f. 16th July, 2024.
In terms of the provisions of Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Office of Mr. Ajay Kumar Chakraborty, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company stands vacated with effect from 8th August, 2023.
Mr. Ramesh Kumar Maheshwari has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25th September, 2019 with effect from 16th July, 2019.

Dr. Kali Kumar Chaudhuri, Mrs. Smita Khaitan and Mr. Ajay Kumar Chakraborty have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of the Company by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25th September, 2019 with effect from 26th September, 2019.
Mr. Ramesh Kumar Maheshwari has been appointed as Additional Director (Category: Non-Executive, Independent) w.e.f. 16th July, 2019.
The designation of Mr. Vineet Agrawal has been changed from Non-Executive Director to Wholetime Director designated as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 21st July, 2016.
The designation of Mr. Suresh Kumar Agrawal has been changed from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from close of working hours of 10th February, 2016.
The designation of Mr. Varun Agrawal has been changed from Whole-time Director to Managing Director of the Company with effect from 11th February, 2016.
Mr. Vineet Agrawal has resigned as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 14th February, 2019.
